Moving Out? Get Your Deposit Back!

Move In / Move Out Cleaning Tips

Moving is one of the most stressful situations you can go through. The last thing you want to do while in the process of moving is cleaning the old place, however, the cleaning must go on. How well you clean may be the difference between getting your deposit money back or not. Here is a list of things we have put together to help you increase the chances of getting that deposit back in your pocket.

ALL AREAS: Make sure to take the nails and screws out of the walls and ceiling and putty them up so they are nice and smooth. Dust the ceiling fans and fixtures. Dust all ledges. Clean the windows and window ledges. Clean all door knobs and doors. Clean all light switches and wipe down outlets. Clean the walls and baseboards off. Vacuum! Look in corners to remove cob webs.
BATHROOMS: Clean out the drawers and cabinets. Wipe down and disinfect the shower, tub, and toilet surfaces. Clean the sink, outside of cabinets, and mirrors. Vacuum and mop the floors as you exit.
KITCHEN: Start with cleaning out your cabinets and drawers. Dust high areas. Was the front of the cabinets. Disinfect all countertops. Clean and shine sinks and faucets. Scrub the fridge inside and out. Pull the first out and clean behind the fridge. Clean the stove, oven, and dishwasher if you have one.
LIVING AREAS: Dust down the blinds and window ledges. The blinds may need to be wet-wiped, depending on how much dust has built up on them. Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop.
GARAGE: Make sure the garage is empty. Sweep the garage out.

Real Reviews From Customers

What our customers say:

"The ladies cleaned the master and bath, kitchen, dining room, 2 living rooms, vacuumed all carpet, mopped all floors. I could write for ever about how impressed I was by this service. There were significantly cheaper than other services, yet did more work and better. They left nothing untouched. Even the container that holds my q-tips was cleaned... they did everything. Windows, walls and floors. In under 2hrs they cleaned about 2000+ square feet! "

− Sharon R.

"They do great work. I've used them twice and it's hassle free. I booked online and they showed up and did the work as planned. It's nice to not have hassle with this because the whole point of me booking them was because I didn't want to deal with cleaning my house."

− Sam K.

"I have had a favorable experience with them. I used them a month ago, and they are scheduled to come out this week. We have had them for 2 or 3 months. They are very personable, and they do a good job. They are great."
